Lake Champlain
Been working the last couple of days on the edit for my friend Mary’s wedding. It’s funny to go back to photos that you only took a week ago and yet have it feel like so long ago. I think photos of beautiful settings like this will do that. Thank you guys for an awesome, beautiful weekend!
There’s a good chance more photos from this great day will show up on the photo blog soon.
Big Brother strikes again!
Well folks, I don’t know how to break this to you, but you’re reading the blog of a common criminal. Welcome to Denver, a sunny city of granola and bicycles where all seems right with the world. In fact, they want so badly to keep cops off the streets that they have cameras doing their work for them. So when you get one of these fun little notices in the mail for doing 11 mph over the speed limit (down a one-way street with virtually no other traffic around) you can say to yourself, “Well at least I didn’t have to take the time to get pulled over and be late to meet my friends from some quality microbrew.
Vermont Day 1
Just arrived in Vermont today to shoot photos at my friend Mary’s wedding. Should be a pretty one. All I had the energy to do after my redeye flight and drive up to Boston, however, was sample some of the local brew at the Vermont Pub & Brewery. Featured here (from left to right) a cream ale, a wheat, a bavarian, an IPA, a stout, and a vermont flemish red. And all were delicious.
Not so little anymore
We had switch night (the night between when Kaitlin and her classmates finish one rotation and begin another) at our place the other night and Heidi and Tim brought little Kylie along. She’s grown up so much since I shot these photos of her back in January. She’s even saying words now! I only got two shots of Tim tossing her in the air (during which I didn’t even get the exposure right) before she decided that was enough tossing.
